Passing through the City of Dukes? Come and stroll while enjoying its traditional Nantes cake or the kouignettes from Maison Larnicol. Just a few more steps and you'll discover the famous Passage Pommeraye, a true architectural masterpiece from the 19th century, without forgetting the beautiful mosaics of La Cigale brewery, facing the Graslin opera house.
You will immediately fall under the charm of this superb 180 m2 apartment! You will be seduced by the beautiful ceiling heights, the beautiful volumes, the brightness and the charm of the old. Its impressive entrance hall invites you to visit the different rooms of the house.
Start with its fabulous living room, here everything is beautiful and harmonious, this room makes you want to settle in, to meet up to drink a coffee and share a moment of conviviality.
Then, head to its fully equipped American kitchen (induction, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and citrus press) open to its large dining room where you can enjoy a well-simmered meal.
The apartment also has a small cocooning corner where you can read, play a piece on the piano or relax in front of the TV. This room is overlooked by a bedroom (with bathroom) bathed in light thanks to its beautiful glass roof. A second, very refined bedroom awaits you with its private bathroom.
In the heart of the city, you will be close to all facilities.
The rental is located in an ideal area, right in the city centre, close to shops and restaurants. The famous brewery La Cigale is at the end of the street, the Michelin-starred restaurant Roza is 200m away. The Petite Hollande market takes place every Saturday at the bottom of the street. Also on the street is a convenience store, the Monoprix is 300m away. You are ideally placed to visit the city on foot, but all transport (buses, trams) are two minutes away on foot, and will take you to the station in 10 minutes.
Join the cathedral and the Museum of Arts before discovering the castle, shopping in pedestrian streets and lingering in a local bistronomic gem. Don't forget to go and greet the elephant of the Island Machines. Alongside the architectural heritage, you will stroll or do your running along the banks of the Erdre. Guides and maps are made available to you to enjoy the historic district as well as all the tourist sites of the Dukes' city.
