Perfect Location- this charming lower unit is located in the Heart of Downtown Crosby! We are a stones throw from both the lake & Crosby Memorial Park (public swimming beach). You can see Serpent Lake & the public beach from the house.

The property was very well maintained and ideally located—just a couple of blocks from downtown and only half a block from the lake. It offered both convenience and a peaceful setting.
