About this house rental
Key largo style cottage located in Lantana FL. The Cottage is centrally located to the beach, shopping, restaurants and the interstate. This is the ideal place to stay if you want to relax while on vacation or business trip. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, and a cooler to our guests to enhance their stay. Please respect our house rules, no pets and no parties. Thank you, we look forward to having you! *Extra blankets available upon request*
The cottage was built in 2022-2023 as a second home on the property. It features its own private driveway and yard that is fully fenced in. The home is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom (shower/tub combo). The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a 43" tv. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with a 43" tv. The living room has a 70" tv and a pullout sleeper sofa that is a queen. The kitchen has a dining table that seats 6. The outdoor living area has a sofa, propane fireplace and bbq grill. It also has a dining table that seats 6. There is outdoor bistro lights and landscape lighting around the property and an outdoor laundry room that you have access to a full size washer and dryer.
Guests will park in the long driveway and enter the wooden gate labeled "back house entrance." Guests will then enter to the outdoor living space that leads them to the front door of the home and will be able to unlock the door with the unique code given to them. The guests have access to the "602b" or "Key Largo Cottage" and the laundry room located in that area as well. The guests do not have access to the front house or their backyard. There are two single family homes on the property and only have access to the one you are renting unless of course you are renting both.
No smoking in the house, we do not allow pets or parties.
