You can easily overcome the difference in altitude of 110 meters between Nazaré beach and SÍtio with the cable car. Recommended excursion destinations are the towns of AlcobaÇa and Batalha with their imposing monasteries, the picturesque Óbidos with the walkable city wall and the famous pilgrimage site of Fátima.
