Ocean Views - New Private Condominium with Pool & Sea Views

Le lieu face à la mer et vue sur la piscine . Les deux balcons terrasse. Les 3 grandes chambres . Juste un petit plus qui serai bien , c’est des supports pour serviettes de toilette dans les salles de bains .

We loved the view. Literally didn’t want to leave. You could watch the sunset and really chill. Watch the boats coming in and out. The outdoor furniture and sofa were very comfortable and sturdy as were the beds. The complex pool is lovely too but with our private pool we only went there once. Bathroom towels and pool towels in all bedrooms. Smart tvs in all the rooms which was a massive treat for kids who never have telly in their rooms. They made it into a cinema with the brilliant blackout blinds. We didn’t go to Restaurant Pangeia until the second to last night and we regretted that because we loved it. The food was a bit higher priced but was phenomenal and we could walk there in 15 minutes. I think one of the apartments in the complex that are facing the sea would be amazing. Location wise it took us about 35 mins to walk to Nazare. We had a car and the spaces inside the garage were so generous and convenient, although getting out is quite tight. We had no one in the next door house. If there was a loud group there it would have affected us and our peace.

We went in the middle of July and there was a strong smell of damp downstairs. Especially in the bedroom which has the exterior wall up against it. We did report this via message and email but didn’t get a response until check out. I could have chased it more though than I did. It was our son who was in that room and his sense of smell isn’t the best. If I had been down there I couldn’t have coped with it. The place did respond and apologise on the day before we left but I’m not really sure what they can do about it without sorting a major damp issue. We did get a good breeze going through though and it helped. I think they need some decent sized wine glasses. Felt like I was drinking out of a thimble. 🤣. Some of the kitchen doors definitely need sorting as they are quite flimsy. Dishwasher and washing machine doors especially. The beds are all single ones pushed together with single duvets, which I don’t love as a couple but some people would like that I’m sure. We had a great holiday but for what we paid I think I just expected higher quality in the areas I’ve mentioned.

Estacionamento subterrâneo sem Luz e lugar para estacionar muito apertado.

Residence au calme avec grande piscine. Appartement spacieux. Parking sous-terrain. Belle vue sur le port. Grande terrasse. 10mn en voiture de la plage de Nazaré ou 30mn a pied.

Murs pas insonorisés. Volets du salon cassés, pas de réponse de l'agence pour le réparer. Vaisselle à améliorer. Terrasse à aménager (pas de table. seulement 2 transats pour appartement de 4 personnes) Pas de transat au bord de la piscine.
