So rooms are small and would have liked a coffee machine and a bench to put your bag o , but clean and modern and functional and reasonably priced to reflect these limitations. Nightclub music kept us awake on the Friday night.

The good things are: Location, the room equipment - new stuff and many details that were thought about. The matrass is wonderful.
The day before arrival I messaged the hotel that it will be late arrival. Only as a result of that I was explained by Bob rep. that I must do check in online to get the codes to access the building and room. If I did not do it I would stay at 11 PM outside of the building trying to understand how to get in.
The hotel has no reception desk and no staff on site.
The explanation was perfect.
I wanted an extra blanket and towels changed - I got no reply to my email on that matter at all.
So - there are many good things but also improvement is needed.

I booked this place for a weekend break in Munich. Location is great but please be aware that there is no staff around this hotel. No reception. We didn't receive check in instructions, aparently there is a problem when not booking directly with the hotel, so I had to spent nearly two hours on a phone to get this sorted. Felt heartbreaking not being able to check-in. Horrible. The compensation we received from the hotel was a two-hour extension on check-out. Just an awful experience.
