Location facing ocean. Close to restaurants and bars. Nice owner. Laundry available. Room large clean and great a/c which is needed as it's very hot. Close to ferry and many street festivals
Everything was nice but had a bug issue only in kitchen so we did no cooking. Owner notified. At night hard to watch TV or sleep as street music was unbearably loud.

Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig. Wenn man die Unterkunft alleine hat, ohne Mitbewohner ist es sehr angenehm.
Es ist nachts sehr laut, da sie an der Strandpromenade liegt und auf der einen Straße die nach Puntarenas ins Zentrum geht, viele Autos fahren. Ebenfalls, dafür kann der Vermieter nichts, sind gegenüber Leute, die gerne bis 3h morgens oder länger laute Musik hören und keine Rücksicht nehmen auf die Mitmenschen die gerne schlafen würden.
