Sehr komplizierte Abwicklung über Italian Homing. Fernseher ohne deutsches Programm Küchenutensilien teilweise veraltet oder im schlechten Zustand Zu wenig Kaffeebecher und Gläser für Wein, Bier,.... Matratze im Doppelbett sowie in einem Einzelbett durchgelegen Zimmertüren haben keine Dichtung, daher sind sie beim Schließen recht laut

Amazing location right next to the lake. Two bedrooms (one with double bed and other with 2 single beds that can be pushed together if needed), well equipped kitchen for cooking, a washing machine (and a drying rack). Beautiful view of the lake. Quiet area (we had no noise complaints about other apartments). A balcony with a table and chairs.

The air conditioner was only in the living room (not necessarily bad, but you should be aware of it, if you like to sleep with your bedroom’s door closed). The kitchen’s cleaning supplies were lacking - for 4 night stay we got only 3 dishwashing pods and a tiny bottle of fish washing liquid. The apartment’s trash bins were on the balcony (actually a great idea for the smell), but not enough of them to properly adhere to recycling steps. The fan above the cooking stove was not the best. So avoid cooking with too much oil / smelly foods. The bathroom could use an upgrade, especially the shower head and its hose. The biggest negative point - not enough parking spaces for all the apartments. Some nights we had to park our car on the street (non-parking spots).
