About this villa rental
Villa Sole is for two families and it has got a private swimming pool just for our guests and it is very close to the lake. It has been newly refurbished and renovated and it is of about 95 m2 and it is divided into two floors for a maximum of 6 people.
The Villa has got a living room together with kitchen, a bathroom with shower on the ground floor.
The Kitchen is well-equipped and it has got a dishwasher, 2 fridges, a freezer and gas stove.
On the first floor, you will find 3 double bedrooms (one of them has got a French bed) and another bathroom with shower I
In the garden you will relax yourself in the beautiful and private swimming pool with deck-chairs.
You can park your car in the garden. It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.
The Villa is situated near the beach Romantica in Manerba del Garda, just few minutes by foot.
You will find there a beautiful promenade overlooking the lake with many restaurants and bars.
To spend a day full of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park, are about 35 km away. Ask for discounted tickets at your check-in.
The tourist tax is € 1,60 per person per day
It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.
