Un ascensor estaba fuera de servicio, pero el otro funcionaba bien

Comodidad del departamento, instalaciones del edificio, cuenta con 5 piscinas en muy buen estado y está al frente de la playa y el personal del edificio muy amable

En general todo me gustó, quizás el único detalle que para llegar al centro hay que tomar taxi pero con un buen amigo taxista lo resuelves todo, contacto recepción del edificio

pueden mejorar la dotación con un microondas y una cafetera de mayor capacidad. los aires estaban goteando sobre el piso.

The apartment is well equipped. It has a balcony with ocean front view. The master bedroom is a very good size with private bathroom and access to the balcony and view to the ocean. The second bedroom has its private bathroom. The water pressure is very good and has hot water. Direct access to the beach and ocean. Next to the building is a mini market opened from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm. Great location.

The building is older than other buildings in the area. The structural design of the apartment I didn’t really care for ,,, old apartment design. The pool area is not inviting it is an old pool and small. The blackout curtains were not working. Unpleasant because of lack of privacy. There is another building really close ,,, however they were fixed quickly. The lock of the main door entrance is difficult to open and close. I have rented out other apartments in the area more modern and newer buildings.
