Tiene Buen Apto para la Familia, es muy tranquilo la zona, Buena Vista y salida Al Mar, tiene locales comerciales y un Ara cerca , es muy seguro. el Señor Mauricio Zapata estuvo atento y muy amable como anfitrión.

La salida al mar, y la ubicación del apartamento.
El aseo regular, las camas poco cómodas. El anfitrión no fue nada amable, de todas mis alquileres este anfitrión muy despota. Las personas del edifico muy amables.
