The apartment is convenient to the university (15 min walk), neat and well furnished. Good wifi connection.
The bed is actually a sofa bed, albeit quite comfortable. The shower drain was sticking and I had to buy the plunger to take a shower without flooding the bathroom. I found a frying pan full of used oil placed in the cabinet as clean, definitely a rudeness of previous guests but would have been better to check before re-renting.
