Spacious and affordable

Clean, recently refurbished, and heaps of space. Not far from a supermarket and restaurants as well as a great bakery, close to the tram through the main city centre. Even though it was on the ground floor we had light through the windows and felt safe with the metal blinds on the exterior.

The furniture itself looked nice but wasn't comfortable. The chairs are too low for the table, and the couch (I'm guessing it's a pull-out bed) wasn't comfortable either.

Real value for money & very well set up with everything you need for a short stay

I find this location really excellent value for money. The apartment has everything you need & is of a good quality. The host is helpful & it's in an excellent location for this part of town, near the shops & restaurants & the main roads.

Superb

I have stayed with the host before & appreciate the messages, the quick replies to calls, the fact that they are just round the corner as well if anything were to go wrong (it never has). The rooms are well thought out, finished to a high standard & have everything you could need for a stay overnight or even longer. I like the location. It is not super central for Saint Etienne, which is spread over quite a large 'centre', but it is not far from a range of shops & all sorts of restaurants, plus easily accessible on the tram & buses.

Nothing springs to mind - except if you are in a wheelchair, be aware that access to this particular apartment is down 2-3 steps. This was absolutely not a problem for me, but is worth a note.

Clean spacious flat

Clean spacious flat with two bedrooms. Nice kitchen, nice shower, nicely designed living room. It’s on the ground floor, so it was very convenient for baby’s stroller - no stairs, no elevator involved. Supermarket nearby. Easy check in.

Uncomfortable pillows, uncomfortable beds. The little outside space (what’s called “terrace” on booking.com) is not very cosy, though have great potential!

J’ai aimé le style et les équipements de l’appartement. Tout est cosy et très bien agencé, la possibilité de se faire un café ou un thé a été très appréciée. La salle de bain est design et l’ensemble est très agréable.

La serviette n’était pas très agréable car rêche et il aurait été apprécié d’avoir une lampe de chevet au lieu de sortir du lit pour éteindre la lumière.

Un endroit pratique et confortable

C'est l'endroit que j'utilise habituellement quand je passe à Saint-Étienne, car en ce qui me concerne il convient parfaitement à ce que je cherche : centre ville proche de l'Opéra, commerces proches, parking facile, accès direct rez-de-chaussée donc facilité pour les bagages, confort parfait et coin cuisine. Même des doses de thé et de café avec les machines qui vont avec, c'est top.

Le réveil à 7 h du matin par Booking qui demande par téléphone/SMS comment s'est passé le séjour et de donner mes impressions, ça alors ce n'est pas top du tout !!! Booking ne devrait communiquer par téléphone, sauf urgence, que dans les horaires de bureau (9 h - 18 h). Pour ce qui est de la location, vraiment rien à dire, tout est parfait.

Nous avons aimez le calme de la chambre et que l'appart soit propre et moderne et refait il y a pas longtemps. la tv est très sympa et orientable. la cuisine est très bien équipé. la salle de bain est fonctionnelle et neuve aussi.

ce que l'on n'a pas apprécier c'est que se soit en rez de chaussé et vue sur la rue, mais il y a des volets roulants et des voiles et des rideaux pour pas être vu et sur la porte il y a un voile opaque qui laisse rentrer la lumière. ce qui serait a améliorer se serait une lampe de chevet ou deux dans la chambre, car plus pratique pour lire et éviter de se lever pour éteindre la lumière. une poubelle dans la salle de bain serait sympa aussi cela éviterais d'allez a la cuisine.

Excellent rapport qualité:prix - mon logement de preference quand je travaille à Saint Etienne.

J'aime beaucoup ce logement et réserve ici souvent - il est propre, bien équipé et la chambre est au calme. Le fait d'avoir les clés à disposition quand on peut arriver, m'arrange car souvent je dois arriver assez tard.

Il n'y a rien qui ne vas pas, mais sachez que cette fois-ci j'ai déclenché l'alarme incendie x2 en faisant cuire du riz - il est important d'ouvrir les fenêtres si vous vouliez cuisiner.
