Nice apartment in good location

Very good position, walking distance to the city center, lots of parking places in the streets. Bed is comfortable. Very clean.

The whole building is full of B&B apartments, the washing machine and drying machine are in the yard, we didn’t realize it until the end of the stay😂 the other guests next door were tooooo noisy, shouting in the corridor and screaming, banning the door etc every night every one or two hours. My son was waken up and got very scared. The kitchen has only 3 plates, would be better if there were a few more pieces.

Great and comfortable stay in Saint-Etienne

A great and affordable place to stay in Saint-Etienne : the location is central yet quiet with many places around to go out and a grocery shop around the corner. The appartement is clean and modern with electric heaters and big windows that let in a lot of sunlight ; the kitchen is well equipped (with a Nespresso machine) ; the bedroom is separated from the main area and the bed is big and really comfortable! Two people could easily stay there for a long period. Highly recommended !

Honnêtement pas grand chose, le propriétaire doit vraiment se remettre en question et booking doit vraiment considérer qui mettre sur leur site pour ces genres de locations. Porte d’entrée ouverte et fracturée, l’appartement pue la cigarette et la chicha, pas propre, coussins pour enfants sales, bagarres et bruits la nuit jusqu’à 4h du matin avec des hurlements sans aucun respect. Pas de drap et taie d’oreiller pour les enfants, une seul couette qui pue la cigarette récupéré dans un local buanderie qui est à côté des poubelles. Honnêtement c’est pas du tout sérieux de louer cela.

Les lumières dans la cuisine pendante et fils apparent. Pareil radiateur dans la chambre au sol et fils électrique dénudés, idem dans la salle de bains qui est une salle d’eau. Aucune isolation du bruits dans cette rue très passante avec des bagarres la nuit et hurlements jusqu’à dans les couloirs, claquement des portes très agressif et cries dans les escaliers du bâtiment jusqu’à 4h du matin impossible de dormir. Honnêtement c’est honteux de louer cela avec des enfants.

Location pas au niveau de qualité de Booking

L'appartement est bien placé et le nettoyage est bien fait.

La liste est malheureusement longue : - quelques minutes avant mon arrivée mon appartement est changé (No 10 et non No 20) pour cause de dégât des eaux : Contrariant mais bon ça peut arriver. - radiateurs cassés, trou au mur, tringles arrachées, nombreuses tâches sur le canapé,... - télé non fonctionnelle, les piles étaient usées et j'ai dû en acheter car malgré mon appel personne n'est venu. - Vaiselle minimaliste, 2 assiettes plates et une à soupe pour 2 personnes. - Cafetiere Nexpresso en panne (merci pour les 4 dosettes). - Porte d'entrée de l'immeuble dénoncée, le digicode reçu est inutile... - poubelle à ciel ouvert dans le puit de lumière depuis la fenêtre de la cuisine. - shampooing/ gel douche absent dans la sdb malgré la description et le mail reçu. - Cet appartement n'était pas prêt à la location.
