Rip-off For 180€ per night for a studio! Never more
Location near the Venaria royal lodge and gardens
Access with luggage difficult (small and steep stairs), expensive!, poor unclear indications from the owner (e.g. on how to avoid being fined by entering the property area with a car no warning in the booking site or after; absence of owner at both check-in/out. Even very hard to fit the key in the lock box at the end! Entrance to the building common areas very dirty with trash bags and filthy floor.

A great place to stay for visiting the palace and Venaria Reale area.
Plenty of room for the two of us and very well equipped. Comfortable bed, nice location.
Poor Wi-Fi. Didn’t work at all whilst we were there. It was very hot whilst we were here. A fan might be nice.

Excellent for short stay in Venaria Reale
Very very nice apartment in the central square, next door to the Venaria Reale. You can see the city clock through the window.
Check-in (16:30) /checkout (10:30) policy is not very convenient. No storage available foe the luggage if you are flight is later (we used cloakroom of the museum next door). Keep in mind that this is one room studio.
