1. This room was meant to be for doorman/a little store at a groudfloor of a civil building. It should not be made for a Airbnb/hotel since the street is just outside of the glasdoor. 2. No heating at night for end of November and there's no isolated windows and doors 3. Construction just 20 meters away on the other side of street 4. Communicated with the owner and got the answer "it's not my fault" We left after the first night and find another hotel for last minute. It's a pity we have to pay for the night. Wondering how come the positive comments here.

Perfect stay with perfect host.

Our host was just WOW. Coming from a long trip we have had also some issues with car and she offered a very attentive help when addressed our possible delays. It was not just outstanding but was a really nice human touch on a right moment. No words to describe the attention and customer care. The entire place comfy, with all what you would need and even more. The location also great. Perfect stay with perfect and amazing host. A plus also is her communication and English. Overall not having enough space in here to say how glad we were for renting this great place.

Da tornare, la prossima volta magari anche un giro in piu' nel centro.

alloggio pulito, fornito di tutto il necessario per il bagno , zona silenziosa . ottima cosa parcheggio privato . Facile da raggiungere lo stadio a piedi, una passeggiata! da tenere in consiederazione la prossima volta che andiamo a vedere la partita.

Buona soluzione alle porte di Torino

Appartamento spazioso e ben arredato, provvisto di cucina attrezzata con tutto l'occorrente per la preparazione dei pasti; letto comodo; possibilità di usufruire dell'ampio parcheggio condominiale chiuso da sbarra; flessibilità e autonomia di check-in e check-out.

Una porta d'ingresso un po' più robusta potrebbe far sentire più sicuri gli ospiti e incentivarli maggiormente a tornare. Suggeriamo inoltre di fornire l'appartamento di contenitori per la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Avec une voiture facile de circuler autour. Le contact par téléphone avec une personne très réactive. Un environnement sympathique.

La lumière reste allumée toute la nuit à l’extérieur de l’établissement et cela pénètre sur les côtés des rideaux. Le frigo était sale, ainsi que la vaisselle de l’utilisateur précédent.

L’emplacement et le rapport qualité prix

Il n’y a pas de chambre indépendante. Tous les lits sont dans l’entrée/salon. C’est un studio avec une cuisine indépendante. Si vous réserver pour 2 adultes seuls les draps du lit double seront fournis. Espérons que vous soyez un couple ! Il était indiqué que le petit déjeuner est compris mais seuls des dosettes de café et des sachets de thé sont fournis. La climatisation est présente mais à régler en supplément.

El departamento estaba muy bien equipado para 4 personas. El baño funciona bien y la cocina también. Las instalaciones son cómodas.

El aire acondicionado (es de los portátiles), lamentablemente hace mucho ruido dentro de la habitación y tira el aire caliente dentro.. entonces no enfría muy bien. Si tu plan es pasar el tiempo en Torino, y no dispones de medio de transporte.. puede que estés muy alejado

Buon soggiorno ma descrizione non chiara

La Struttura era ben pulita, il check-in automatico è stato bellissimo. È dotata anche di colazione inclusa e presenta la maggior parte dei comfort. Dotata anche di parcheggio interno con sbarra.

L’ Aspetto principale che non mi è piaciuto della struttura è che non si tratta di un vero e proprio appartamento ma è ricavato da uno scantinato, quindi vi è molto umido e la porta è in vetro con una sola mandata di serratura. Inoltre il letto non è un letto fisso ma è pieghevole. Avrei gradito che fosse inserito nella descrizione della struttura, altrimenti non avrei pagato quel prezzo per quell’alloggio. Nonostante ciò la struttura presenta un piccolo riscaldamento portatile e uno scaldabagno per l’acqua calda. Altro elemento da segnalare è la mancanza del bidet e di un bagno molto stretto.
