We lived there for 2 weeks.
Great location, 5 minutes to the sea.
No road noise.
Large balcony, spacious shower, large refrigerator.
The apartment is fresh. Coded access (no need to carry a key).
No parking issues.
The owner is always available.
The owner may not have much experience in renting out apartments, but he is trying.
There's little cooking space and few dishes. (critical)
There's no mosquito net on the doors. (critical)
On Saturdays, the disco across the street blares music from 3 PM to midnight, so loud it rattles the walls.
And the double-glazed windows won't protect you.

If you don't have a car, the nearest supermarket is a long way off.
There are small shops on the next street.
