Apartament Park View Campus

First of all, this is a very nice apartment and inside you can really find anything you need. It’s just like you’re home. On the day of my arrival, because you need to meet the owner for the keys to enter the apartment building. Because George was just a couple of minutes later than the time I agreed with Elena, for me it was no problem at all and just got a coffee on him while I was waiting at the coffee place next to the apartment building. And second, before I booked this apartment. Of course I checked the described facilities and the photos of this accommodation before such as a washing machine which I really needed so badly, at the point I arrived and found out it wasn’t there. First I were actually so disappointed about this, because I were not even being informed before my arrival. Then I texted Elena immediately to ask about it, she told me that it was available a couple of days before until a guest had broken it. Also that she has ordered a new one, but will arrive after I leave. Although she thought that it would not be a problem for missing it just for a couple of days, she suggested me that there are some laundry service points near the apartment. Since it wasn’t my fault that it wasn’t available. I demanded Elena to pay for my laundry which is actually quite understandable. Later on she agreed the deal with me to cover for the costs I had to make at the laundry service point, so after all I must say that I’m very satisfied that she has made it right with me in this way and agreeing with what I was asking for. As in this case, the customers satisfaction is the highest priority. Besides Elena, she’s very open if you need anything or for any advice like things to do around while you’re in Constanta. Whenever you ask her something, she replies really fast. Next time when I’m back in Constanta, I will definitely come back to this place again as this apartment is very likely!!

The host was very kind, clean apartment and air conditioning in both bedrooms.
