Retrieving keys didn't succeed and we were never able to sleep here.

Nothing good to say. Luckily this accommodation didn't cost much.

The "place" had keys in lockbox and we didn't get code for the lockbox before we have waited so long that we decided to skip this place and sleep somewhere else. We waited over hour in front of the house trying to get a contact to host with phone, SMS messages and booking.com messages in order to get the code. This place was in Austria but the phone number of host went to Switzerland. When we called the host by phone nobody answered and after second call we got SMS stating that he will call back soon - but he called only after 30 - 40 minutes so not any time "soon". When host finally called he was very rude and unpolite and didn't provide code on phone even if we asked for it several times. We didn't understand why he actually called, because as mentioned, he didn't give the code on phone but sent it later in booking.com message when we have already decided to continue. We had fulfilled requested electronic check-in form right after arriving to this place and noticing that this kind of form was needed. There were no mention during booking process that this form is needed. We noticed this only at the door of accommodation when going through automated messages that host had sent via booking.com. Anyway even if the requested form was filled in we didn't receive code for lock box until we have waited so long that we decided to continue to the next place. We had to go elsewhere. He didn't return our money although we asked. So: do not choose this place! Or maybe if you book days before arriving... We'll never come back!

Price quality is quite good, but keep in mind you share the appartment with 6 rooms.

Easy accessible location with 2 parking spots. Cosy balcony with a pretty view. Contact with the host was good, very kind guy! For your information. The property consists of 6 room, whereof two 4p bedrooms en four 2p bedrooms. On the ground floor you have a shared bathroom with 2 bedrooms and a living room + kitchen with the balcony. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and also a small kitchen + table. You share 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms with all 6 rooms.

The cleaners were there every morning in the shared spaces cleaning from 08:00 - 12:00. Even though you could close a lot of doors the house is pretty loud and the beds make a lot of noise. The shower heads were loose but still functioning.

Horrible! Don‘t book this!

I was with three of my friends and we thought that we had two rooms in the same apartment but that wasn‘t the case. We were in separate apartments sharing them with other people. It was horrible to be honest. I had a competition the next day and needed to be well-rested and then at 3am I got woken up by Russian men making so much noise. I couldn‘t sleep from that point forward. They were talking, laughing, watching videos… And the walls are very thin, you truly hear everything. That was bad already but it gets worse. The bathroom couldn’t be locked and the door couldn‘t be closed either. Whenever you close it, it immediately opens again. That was unacceptable. I was sharing this apartment with men I don’t know and I‘m supposed to take a shower with the door open??? I complained by the owner and wanted to cancel the next night and at least get my money refunded for that but I called, wrote a message on booking, and wrote an email and I got ignored. I didn‘t even get an answer. That was truly disappointing. So I didn’t stay the next night there because it was just unacceptable for me and I still had to pay!! Definitely can‘t recommend this to anyone! Don‘t book your trip here!!

The only positives were the late check-in option, a kitchen with fridge, microwave, and dishes, and decent beds.

There are only two parking spots near the hotel. Street parking is impossible — all spaces are reserved for residents and marked with no-parking signs. If you're arriving by car, keep this in mind. You can find a large public parking area closer to the city center in advance, but you'll have to walk to the hotel with your luggage from there. Key collection boxes are hard to use, and room numbers are very confusing. We walked around the building several times before finding ours — behind an unmarked door. The shower on our floor didn’t work at all, and the toilet on the lower floor was also out of order. There was only one shared shower for all rooms for two floors, with pipes, water filters, and various electrical devices and voltage converters inside. These devices made loud and frightening noises, making the shower feel unsafe and even dangerous to use. Not everyone dared to take a shower under such conditions — this is completely unacceptable for a hotel. Even though the price was the lowest available that day, you simply cannot accommodate guests under such conditions and charge money for it. The only positives were the late check-in option, a kitchen with fridge, microwave, and dishes, and decent beds. But the overall experience was disappointing due to the poor and dangerous bathroom facilities and the parking situation.

Not acceptable toilet facilities.

I didn't receive the information on how to get into the key safe and had to phone the owner, who was courteous and helpful. The room itself was simple but acceptable as were the kitchen area and a shared living room. But issues!! First, the basement bedroom has to be entered through a boiler room and laundry with piles of sheets hanging up. In fact, you have to travel through the laundry, (no sign) two more doors through an open shower area. The signage is just hopeless and the room access is poor. Second, the lavatory is upstairs. This is inconvenient, but would be acceptable if it was possible to lock the lavatory or even close the door completely. It wasn't possible because a noisy machine outside the lavatory pumping out hot air was attached to pipes inside the lavatory! For a single woman, in a house of multiple occupancy, with no guardian on site, this is not safe. If this was a temporary measure, it should have been flagged up - but it did not look temporary. Sorry to paste a negative experience, but to have a shared loo you can't lock is completely unacceptable. I'm sure the owner will now get it fixed.

The shower on the first floor was out of service (I think it was a temporary issue), so we had to use the one on the ground floor. Also, there are just two parking spots in front of the hotel, so be prepared to search for other spaces in the area (it's not very hard to find them, however).

Все старое, комната не соответствовала описанию, она находилась в подвальном помещении, там было холодно и неприятно, к тому же не было туалета, а дверь в душевую комнату отсутствовала, матрасы просто проваливались, лестница в подвал не помещение ужасная и не освещалась, был неприятный запах, полотенца были плохо постираны и воняли, все было неудобно и отдых был испорчен, и настроение тоже. Никому не рекомендую данное жилье. Будьте осторожны и не смотрите на низкую цену. Условия ужасны.

Lattenrost im Bett war gut

Die Schlüsselbox hat keine Nummer, anfangs war sie nicht zu öffnen, bis man mit viel Kraft den äußeren Deckel hebt. Einige Lichtschalter im Treppenhaus funktionieren nicht. Das Zimmer ist nur über die Waschküche zu erreichen, wo die Wäsche der Familie auf der Leine hängt. WC ist auf einem anderen Stockwerk, nur über enge Treppe zu erreichen. Das Zimmer völlig überheizt - subtropische Temperaturen bei Außentemperatur 0°C - erstmal 1 h intermittierend Lüften bis man wieder atmen kann und die Heizung runtergekühlt ist. Das gesamte Bad ist recht zusammengeschustert, auch wenn alles funktioniert, ist ein tiefes Plastik-Waschbecken doch nicht einladend zum Körper-Waschen, kenne ich eher vom Stall und Gummistiefel-Säubern... Kein Föhn vorhanden. Bei dem Preis ist das Gesamt-Paket echt schlecht - da hätte ich gerne 15,- Euro mehr bezahlt und ein richtiges Hotel gehabt. Für die Hälfte und mit der Vor-information "wollen halt Geld machen" wäre es gerade noch okay gewesen...

Sehr gute Lage, wirklich ruhig. Die Einrichtung sind schön und sauber und man alles, was man braucht. Die 2 Küchen sind gut ausgestattet, die Bäder sind auch ok. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr gut und sehr freundlich.

Leider extrem hellhörig, der Kies Parkplatz ist leider eine Katastrophe und müsste dringend anders gemacht werden. Ich und andere sind beim ausparken stecken geblieben. Alles in allem würde ich aber immer wieder kommen.

Kleiner Schotterparkplatz schwer befahrbar. Reifen zu tief eingesunken. Bett hat geknarrt und meine Haut hat plötzlich gejuckt. Deshalb nicht gut geschlafen. Vorhang an 1 Fenster zu kurz. Man konnte nicht zu machen. Bei Fragen musste man eine Nr in der Schweiz anrufen.

Katastrophaler Parkplatz!

Erstens: Das Haus hat sechs Zimmer zu vermieten, aber nur zwei Parkplätze. Es steht geschrieben, dass man auf der Straße parken kann, aber es gibt keine Parkmöglichkeit auf der Straße in dieser Gegend! Die Parkplätze werden nach dem Prinzip "first in first served" vergeben! Wir haben eine halbe Stunde nach zwei Parkplätzen gesucht und schließlich fälschlicherweise vor einer Konditorei geparkt, von der wir dachten, sie sei öffentlich, da sie kein Privatschild hat! Und am nächsten Tag morgens waren wir sehr verlegen und dankbar, dass der Besitzer nicht zum Abschleppen unserer Autos gerufen hat! Zweitens waren wir 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder und bei der Buchung konnte ich zwei Zimmer für 4 Erwachsene oder die gleichen Zimmer für 6 Erwachsene reservieren. Der Preis unterschied sich um 13 Euro und es wurde geschrieben, dass Kinder ab 18 als Erwachsene berechnet werden, ich wählte absichtlich 4 Erwachsene, um zu prüfen, wie die Kinderregelung bei der Buchung ist. Interessanterweise wurden mir 15,5 Euro für zwei Kinder berechnet, sogar mehr als das, was Erwachsene kosten würden.

Trotz mehrmaliger Telefonate mit dem Anbieter habe ich die Unterkrunft leider nicht in Anspruch nehmen können. Entgegen der Zusage, dass eine Terminverschiebung gegen Aufpreis möglich ist, habe ich weder für den neuen vereinbarten Buchungstermin als auch für den alten Buchungstermin keinen Zugangs-Code erhalten. Ich musste mir eine Unterkunfts-Alternative suchen. Auch im Nachhinein zeigte der Anbieter keine Bereitshcaft zur Kulanz und obwohl ich keine Leistung beziehen konnte, ist das Geld weg. Ich mahne zur Vorscht!

Lage war in Ordnung, nicht so weit vom Zentrum (15 Minuten zum Gehen) Mit dem Bus sogar noch schneller. in der Nähe gibt es nicht viel aber angenehme, ruhige Gegend. Betten komfortabel. Sauberkeit in Ordnung, erwartungen waren nicht sehr hoch bei diesem Preis - war ok

- Gemeinschaftsbadezimmer: die Türe ist mit Glasscheibe, also kann jeder reinsehen - Bad leider mit Duschvorhang der komlett reinhängt - Zimmer hatte Keinen Spiegel, keine Nachtkästchen

Günstig und schön

Der Ort ist wunderschön, ein zweistöckiges Gebäude, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Parkplatz in der Nähe des Hauses.

Gemeinsames Bad und Dusche, das war für uns weniger praktisch, wir hatten beim Check-in etwas Verwirrung mit den Schlüsseln, aber ein Anruf löste das Problem schließlich.

Für Kurzaufenthalte

Ehemaliges Familienhaus in ruhiger Lage in Wohngegend mit Garten. 15 Minuten zu Fuss in die Innenstadt. Mehrere Busse sowie eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt unweit der Unterkunft. Die 6 einfach ausgestatteten Zimmer sind auf 3 Etagen verteilt. Jede Etage verfügt über eine Küche und ein Bad. Grosses Wohnzimmer und ein Balkon zur freien Benutzung.

Es gibt keine Rezeption und die Schlüssel sind in einer Schlüsselbox; die Gäste müssen sich untereinander helfen (z.B.spät ankommende Gäste haben mehrmals um 22h00 geläutet, weil sie die Schlüsselbox nicht fanden). Die Wände sind sehr dünn... Die Bettüberzüge sind abgewohnt.

Nevím proč, ale v prostoru toalety a koupelny byl nějaký vysoušeč. Nedaly se dovřít dveře od toalety. Neměla jsem odvahu jít do koupelny.

Zeer goede prijs- kwaliteitsverhouding. Royaal huis. We sliepen in kelder. Beetje jammer dat daar geen eigen wc is ( wel een douche) is ruimte genoeg om te maken. Geen geluidshinder van andere gasten. Keuken en zitgedeelte goed uitgerust en netjes.

Ich habe zum zweiten Mal die Unterkunft besucht, da mir diese bereits beim ersten Mal sehr gefallen hat. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Suzana ist einfach und persönlich, Sie kümmert sich schnell um Fragen, falls man welche haben sollte. Die Unterkunft ist nach wie vor sehr sauber und die Küche über durchschnittlich ausgestattet. Das WLAN ist ausreichend schnell, so dass man auch entspannt mal surfen kann oder Videos schauen. Auch beim zweiten Besuch hatte ich sehr nette andere Gäste. Für einen guten Start in den Tag steht in der Unterkunft auch eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffee bereit.

Interessante Unterkunft für Urlauber und Geschäftsreisen

Ich war zum ersten Mal in der Unterkunft von der Vermieterin Suzana gewesen, da ich zu diesen Zeitpunkt durch meine Arbeit in Dornbirn einen komfortablen und preiswerten Aufenthalt gesucht habe. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr praktisch das diese direkt in Dornbirn gelegen ist und dadurch viele Dinge fußläufig erreichbar sind. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte Key Safe und somit war es egal, wenn man auch mal mitten in der Nacht anreisen sollte. Den Code für die Schlüsselbox bekommt man bereits einen Tag vorher zugesandt. Die Küche und die Gemeinschafts Bäder wurden stets sauber gehalten und täglich gereinigt. Die Einrichtung wurde auch komplett renoviert und wirkt auf keinen Fall alt. Ich kann die Unterkunft auch sehr für Urlauber weiter empfehlen. Gerade da auch die anderen Gäste sehr zuvorkommend und nett sind. Insgesamt eine positive Erfahrung, die ich gerne weiterempfehle!
