Sunlit apartment close to city center

Отличное расположение. Близко от центра и трамвайной остановки. Есть все необходимое. Связь с персоналом оперативная.

Уборка поверхностная. По углам много пыли.

Świetna lokalizacja. Bardzo spokojna okolica. Dobre wyposażenie obiektu. Bardzo wygodne łózko.

Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, w mieszkaniu było czysto, jednak łazienka była nieco niedoczyszczona

Bon emplacement (proche centre ville à pied ou transport mais sans le bruit de la ville) avec tram à proximité si besoin et commodités (petite supérette + restaurant). Immeuble sécurisé et bonnes explications pour accéder au logement. Le lit est très confortable, draps + serviettes de bain fournies avec une machine à laver, très appréciable quand on vient une semaine.

Logement sale à notre arrivée (beaucoup de poussières avec toilettes non nettoyées avec de l'urine en plus à l'intérieur + draps froissés), équipements assez limités pour se faire à manger. Il s'agit très certainement d'un appartement coupé en 2 logements, nous entendions donc tout ce qui se passait dans le logement voisin (très bruyant + porte qui grince).

The apartment is fine for a short stay for two people and for a couple of nights. The space is adequate, has the basics, and the location is good, making it easy to get around Prague. We appreciate that we were allowed an early check-in, which is something we really valued.

the communication with the management was quite poor. Even though we requested early check-in well in advance, we did not receive a response and had to contact l again to get confirmation for yes or no, even up to the last day. We also had an issue with the heating, which was not working during our stay. This is an important issue, as we were traveling in winter and Prague is very cold at this time of year. When we asked about a solution, we were told that the heating was central and that there was a heater in the closet. However, we had already checked and tried it, and it was not working either. After informing them of this, we did not receive any further response or solution.Overall, the apartment is acceptable in terms of location and for a short stay, but the lack of communication and the lack of response to an important issue such as heating in winter is a significant downside that should be improved.
