Das Phoenix ist einfach fantastisch, wir haben uns in dem großzügigen, schicken Apartment sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Balkon bietet einen schönen Blick, und man ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten in der Altstadt. Es gibt einen kleinen Parkplatz in der Nähe, der allerdings voll war, aber ein günstiges Parkhaus ist ganz in der Nähe (12€ für 24 Stunden). Die Gastgeberin Ilda ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation war wunderbar. Wir wären sehr gerne länger geblieben, eine ganz klare Empfehlung!

Gut an öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden, sehr stylish/ geschmackvoll eingerichtet, schöne Dusche. Schlafzimmer nach hinten ruhig. Alles sehr sauber. Angenehmer Balkon . Nettes (veganes) Restaurant direkt nebenan.
3. Stockwerk mit sehr steilen Treppen; Schlafzimmer nach vorne laut/ Straße und am Wochenende die ganze Nacht durch laute Menschen und Mopeds unterwegs .

Sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und großzügig geschnitten.
