The location is simply unbeatable. You are literally right in front of the Four Seasons, which sets a beautiful, upscale vibe the moment you step outside. It is incredibly central—we were able to walk to Gran Vía, Puerta del Sol, Palacio real, Mercado San Miguel, Almuadena Catedral and Parque del Retiro in just minutes. Plus, it’s surrounded by amazing restaurants, rooftop bars, and top-tier shopping like “El Cortes Inglés, Primar. The apartment is beautifully renovated, clean, completely modern, and looks brand new. It is incredibly versatile and well-equipped, making it fantastic whether you are visiting for a quick weekend getaway or a longer, extended stay. It’s also incredibly family-friendly with plenty of room to relax. What truly elevates this place from great to unforgettable is the incredible host, Joaquin. From the moment we booked, Joaquin was absolutely amazing. He gave us the warmest welcome and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He is responsive—anytime we had a question, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and takes great pride in hospitality. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back, and we highly recommend Suara Apartamentos 2 to anyone visiting Madrid!

That must be the first time ever I say that I would come back to stay at an apartment and I mean it. The apartment is clean and even nicer than the pictures! The location is perfect. Metro is a 3-4 min walk. Electric bus is 1 min walk. The area is lively and lovely. You can walk to any destination from the apartment. Joaquin, the owner, is more than helpful. He is readily available anytime you need him. He was kind enough to let us stay longer (late check out) since our flight got delayed. WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK, we mean it ;) Do yourself a favor and book this place. You will not regret it.

Great location, someone met us at the door early to lets us in so we could drop off the bags prior to heading out for a walking tour.

The noise on the street was fairly loud all night until about 4-5am. The bathroom door locked by accident and it took about 5 minutes to get out. Malfunctioned locking handle.
