Posizione comodissima e centrale, in una zona davvero bellissima e molto tranquilla, quindi perfetto per chi ha bambini. Check-in e check-out gestiti facilmente in autonomia, assistenza super gentile disponibilissima su whatsapp. Appartamento davvero bello, ben tenuto e molto pulito. Ci siamo trovate davvero molto bene, resta il mio punto di riferimento per Napoli ♥️

Assistenza e posizione davvero top. L’ appartamento è situato in un elegante palazzo a due passi dal mare e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Ci ritornerei.

Bella posizione, comoda per il lungomare, appartamento fatto bene, supporto reattivo per sistemare la maggior parte delle situazioni

Mancavano alcuni accessori e andavano sistemate delle situazioni in casa ma il supporto nel sistemare è stato rapido

The location was very convenient for the conference centre I needed to be, and there are many restaurants nearby, and a decent supermarket about 10 minutes walk away. The apartment was very quiet and peaceful with no traffic noise or anything to disturb you.

I had a few issues during my stay. The main one was that the wifi was not working for most of it -- this was likely due to a techinical problem with the service provider, and would have been less of an issue if it were not for the fact that there is limited to no mobile reception in the apartment (likely due to the heavy stone construction of the building). Also, I could not get the bedroom air conditioner to work (but fortunately the one in the living room was sufficient to cool the whole apartment). There is a small balcony (the only place with reliable mobile signal) but it appeared to be beneath the home of several pigeons and needed cleaning; you wouldn't want to hang up laundry out there either. Lastly, the kitchen could have been better equipped with some cloths and towels (I had to replace the sponges and buy my own paper towels).
