The property was new and clean

The bathroom was small and cramped and bed was too small

The room was clean, the bathroom was good.

The location of the room is in a very dark neighbourhood -ok, there is an automatic light after entering the yard- but you have to walk half way in de dark inside the yard. The interior design is a disaster. The bed is smaller than the regular (like 20cm smaller width), it is right next to the side wall, there is no way to watch the TV from the bed (it is like behind it), and there is a small light-spot just above the bed on the wall, which, if you don't watch when waking up, you may accidentally hit your head on it... The landlord came to the room and hit the doorbell at 11.20am (check out time is 12.00pm) to "ask if everything was ok". I was half-way awake wearing only my underwear and had to dress up quickly to answer the door. I guess his goal was to wake us up... Moreover, there were some other residents who threw something sticky like coke or coffee during the night at my car which was parked in a regular place under the residence (under a tree). I spent at least half an hour cleaning it (during the night) and moved it in another place afterwards. While leaving the residence (at 11.50am), I saw another car parked in the same place, (it was a Porche with German plates) having the exact same spots (coffee / coke or whatever that sticky thing was) at the same place of the car, like mine.

Es war sehr sauber und von der Lage auch gut ruhig und gut zum parken

Alles war gut das einzige was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat das Bett war zu klein für zwei Leute
