The location was good because it was near the mall. It is also near the bus stop of buses going back to Manila. The staff of the building are polite and kind. The room also has what you need for a good rest after a long day in Tagaytay.

We had a luggage so when I just lay it open on the floor, it gets in the way if you move around the room. But I already expected that because I know the unit is a studio unit.

The location is very close to shops and restaurants.

We did the cooking only once. The kitchen utensils are not that good. The cooking pan needs to be replaced.

The place is good near in mall and attractions.

I was not satisfied with the quality of service provided by the staff. We waited almost 40 minutes before checking in, even though we informed them of our arrival two hours in advance. They also did not confirm whether the client is all goods and needs anything. Additionally, there were no instructions inside the unit. The shower not working at first, area had no tissue, there was no creamer provided, and the kitchen rag was very wet and appeared to have been used by the previous guest. Have poor communication at the guest need to improved it!
