Receptionist spoke very good English, so he was able to help us out with advice and answer any questions. Free water refill and coffee down stairs with a pool table. It came with free breakfast, portions were small, but you had the choice of how your eggs were done, some pieces of bread and some pieces of fruit. The room was superb. Fantastic views, clean bed, electric heated shower
We booked a van to the train station through these guys. They kept trying to reassure us it would be fine, and the van would turn up on time. It was 45 mins late and we were rushing to get through security and on the train. If you are doing this, book a van well in advance. Every type of service is slower in Laos fyi

The staff were excellent. Joseph at reception was very welcoming and supportive during my stay. The property itself sits on the river with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and temples. A terrace with plenty of space to work from. All round a very positive experience.

The staff is really helpful and nice, always available and ready to help you. I had a problem with my bus from VangVieng to Vientiane and they helped me make the call to the operator to fix the mistake.
The beds are a bit noisy, and the bathroom are not the best

Comfortable Lovely and very attentive staff Peaceful Nice breakfast with nice view Also has a pool table
One bathroom between multiple rooms however was not really an issue as I was there during off peak seasons It was a little out of the way but not by much
