Spacious 2 King Bed Downtown Central to it All

Dit is echt een fantastisch appartement! Voor ons gezin van 4 waren er 2 slaapkamers en 2 volledige badkamers; de ene gekoppeld aan de master bedroom en de andere achter de keuken. Er is heel veel opslagruimte, beide slaapkamers hebben een enorme inloopkast. De woonkamer is ontzettend fijn met een grote bank (slaapbank), hoge plafonds, een kachel, en een volledig uitgeruste kamer. De locatie was heerlijk, vlak bij downtown (naar de U of M campus wel ietsje verder lopen). Ook het parkeren was heel prettig, direct onder het gebouw.

Slechts een paar kleine dingetjes. Ten eerste misten we een eettafel met 4 stoelen; er was alleen een hoge tafel met 2 krukken. Ten tweede vonden we het inchecken een beetje ingewikkeld (we kregen pas laat informatie en wisten eerst niet hoe we binnen moesten komen bij het sleuteldoosje). Tot slot wilden we de recycling bij de vuilnis ruimte inleveren, maar daar konden we niet in. Dit alles staat in geen verhouding tot hoe fantastisch deze locatie is, we hebben echt enorm genoten!

The apartment was clean and very spacious. Mitten team was very responsive to messages and texts and quickly addressed an issue with the stove without any fuss. Parking was very convenient being right underneath the building. They also provided more than enough soaps and detergents for the washing machine and dishwasher which was a nice plus.

Where the apartment is located is not far from some train tracks that are active at night, so light sleepers may have trouble. Building itself is a little old but nothing serious. Also the handling of early check-in requests could have been better.

Close walking distance to everything downtown! Comfortable beds and plenty of space for 4 people.

There’s a lot of construction going on around the building, and it’s across from a bar so it was pretty noisy during the day and at night.

Great location near restaurants and a reasonable walking distance to the campus and downtown Ann Arbor. Having two bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a sitting area and kitchen, was a great arrangement for my adult son and me while we were in town for several days. The parking garage was also great to have, with an undercover parking spot near the door to the building (perhaps because it was July with fewer students around!)

The mattress on the bed was not very comfortable. Could be replaced. Pillows also seemed a bit smelly.
