Absolutely nothing to dislike about the apartment. The only thing I would suggest is to have some human aspect to check in and check out rather than an automated messaging system. Having said this all instructions were clear and everything worked perfectly.

Just as advertised

The apartment was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. It’s got a spacious living space and two good size bathrooms. One bedroom is truly a cave, dark and quiet but very small. Parking is underground, easy and covered, you just have to get your parking pass from a lockbox before going into the garage. They will send detailed instructions day of. Very secure building. Great shower with good water pressure. Plenty of towels, etc. dishwasher soap and laundry soap is included.

The blinds are pretty bad and that means that the master bedroom is never remotely dark. Pillow topper on master bed is super soft. Kitchen area only seats two and that uncomfortably. There is a desk but it’s not in an area that can be closed off so if you are working there’s no way to have quiet. Pretty early and tight check out at 10 am.

location is best reason to stay here and for reasonable price as well as getting the space of a 2 bedroom unit.

I would like to see new mattresses in both rooms especially the main bedroom- the squishy mattress topper is too soft. Also, the living room furniture looks well enough but also feels a bit tired and could use a refresh. Lastly, this is being picky but bedrooms that sleep 2 people need 2 nightstands for charging, lights etc.

A handful of things were broken. Like the blinds in the bedrooms, light switches, so the lights either only stayed on or only state off, and the bathroom paint was peeling. It was also so confusing to get from the parking garage to the actual apartment. Directions would’ve been very helpful. There are also bars/clubs outside of the apartment, so we were kept up until about 2:30 in the morning.

Nice apartment but avoid if you are a light sleeper

It was convenient to walk to the center, however it is located on the pub/club scene which are open until 3am and due to poor isolation of the windows you hear the noise in the apartment quite loudly

One of the bathroom was not functioning, the bedroom towards the street could not be used as all you could hear at night were the bars/clubs and the train passing by and honking all the time

A very spacious apartment with absolutely everything you need for even a longer stay. It was great to have a parking space in the building. Definitely liked the stay.

The train rails are close and sometimes it is very loud, but nothing critical.

Good location, lots of space.

Location was good, walking distance to university. Better value for myself and a colleague to stay in and have our own space as opposed to a hotel. Clean, lots of space. The outdoor rooftop space is pretty cool. Bed was super comfy.

The master bedroom door and master ensuite shower door don't roll very well, and toilet needed 'encouragement' to flush. But nothing that would cause me to not stay there again (and this is just one of their units)

Fabulous location with all amenities!

The apartment was spacious and full of light. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook a few meals in. Parking was easy and convenient. The washer and dryer (w/ detergent) was a welcome surprise. Would be a great place to stay a few weeks. Location was easily accessible to restaurants and downtown Ann Arbor. Would definitely stay again.

TV in second BR didn't work, but it wasn't really a problem.

La ubicación un 10, en pleno downtown. La casa súper bien equipada, es muy de agradecer, no es habitual en un alquiler de corto plazo que haya jabón, detergente, café, etc....El estado en general bueno, salvo algunas reparaciones que tienen que hacer. La casa bien limpia. Las camas muy cómodas y las habitaciones amplias y cómodas, sobre todo la habitación exterior. El salón perfecto y muy luminoso. Tuve un par de emergencias y respondieron rápido, bien, y con máxima eficacia y amabilidad. El parking comodísimo.

Las instrucciones de llegada llegaron 1h antes, y algunas cosas no estaban claras, como dónde estaba el parking (en el mismo edificio) o el código de acceso.
