Kathy’s place is one the nicest places we haves stayed at. The decorations and amenities are top notch. Everything you need is there. Great kitchen, amazing spa bathroom, comfortable bedroom and a cute sitting area. Bonus items include a washer and dryer, fireplace and thoughtful snacks. All located within a short walk to downtown Ann Arbor.We were in town for the Arts Festival and could t have been happier. Definitely will return!!

This was a great location for us, very walkable and bikeable to both the city and parks and trails. The accomodations themselves had everything we needed for a few days' stay. Cozy living room area and beautiful walk in shower were the highlights. Enough space for a rainy movie night or a light meal, but this place is best served for enjoying the surroundings more than staying in.

This place is so cute and cozy, I was tempted to extend my trip! Sparkling clean and all of the linens smelled nice. I appreciated all of the little details and accommodations provided (ESPECIALLY the earplugs for the trains passing through!) I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were staying in Ann Arbor for a couple of days while my dad was in the hospital having surgery. We arrived really late in the evening and EVERYTHING was immaculate! So clean, so cute, so well stocked! The only disadvantage, which the owners can't control, is the parking. There isn't parking at the house, so you have to walk a little bit. It was beautiful weather while we were there, so not a real big deal at all. But carrying luggage down the street was a bit weird. That said we'd stay here again over and over and over! The cleanliness was the best I've ever stayed at! Thank you for a beautiful place and for sharing it with us!

Great location, close to downtown and University of Michigan. Lots of dining and shopping options that are walkable. The unit is upgraded nicely, was very comfortable for 3 adults. Only downside is no parking at unit. Kathy offers a parking pass for an extra 15 in a private lot. It’s just two or three house where you say definitely worth the extra 15.we would definitely say here again!

This clean, well-appointed lower floor apartment is ideally located for easy access to Kerry Town, UMich, and riverside walking trail. Coffee, shops, and farmer’s market are all within a 10-minute walk. Its size is perfect for 1-2 people.

Kathy was an excellent host. I was traveling to town for work and she accommodated a goofy schedule change before my stay, let me use the parking spot at another property so I could avoid a ticket, and was generally just plain lovely. I've never had a host reach out and ask if I needed anything the day after I checked in! The space was impeccably clean, well stocked with any essential you might need, and perfect for a couple days stay in town. It's walking distance to the heart of A2, so if you're looking for a great location, this is your spot. So thankful for my experience here!

We had a positive experience staying here when visiting Ann Arbor last month. While it was not exactly downtown, the home was totally walkable to most restaurants and campus and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The home had a small kitchen with all the supplies we needed to cook some simple meals. The electricity went out due to a storm and the host was kind enough to offer us a refund on that day (which we ended up not needing to do!). There was plenty of parking nearby. Overall it was a perfect spot for our small family of 3. I would highly recommend staying here!

This small but efficient garden apartment met all of my needs and more as a single traveler. It is conveniently located to charming Kerrytown and UMich. I found most things of interest to me walkable. This space could have easily passed as acceptable due to its location and price point but the proprietor takes it up a notch by adding well appointed luxury touches like a rain shower, towel warmer, bath robes, a basket of snacks and coffee/cream for the morning. I also appreciate the minimal list of requirements necessary for checkout. (Some rentals expect you to complete a whole list of chores before leaving on top of the cleaning fee automatically charged.) This place does technically sleep 4 but, for me, that would be too "peoply". It however is perfection for the single traveler or a couple who appreciates each other's company and just needs a clean, comfortable place to stay while they explore this fabulous college town. The one drawback, as other reviewers have stated, is the parking (possibly enough to remove half to 1 star off the rating). There is no private drive or parking on the street directly in front of the house. You have to park on one of the adjacent blocks then carry your items to the rental. This should not, however, be too big of an issue as long as you are traveling light. Having said that, for those with no car at all, I think it is only a 7 minute walk from the train station.

Got to see the Tigers pitch a combined no-hitter followed by a relaxing stay in Ann Arbor! Very cute and clean with everything we needed on-site. Easy walking distance to everything the campus area has to offer. It’s been commented on here already by others, so we knew what we were getting ahead of time, but parking was the only downside. Would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town.

Perfectly located and peaceful home. We looked forward to returning each night. The hostess was very kind. The street parking wasn’t too far away and the hostess let us park next door since she didn’t have guests for a few days. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt.

First of all the owner, Kathy, was a pleasure to work with. She was always very responsive! My daughter and I stayed here for two nights during a campus tour. We booked online and when we arrived there was a small check-in hiccup that appeared to be a Vrbo scheduling error but Kathy quickly made it right. The house is essentially a split-level but access to the rented floor (bottom) is restricted to outside single door entry with keypad. The rented space was immaculate with new/modern appliances and everything in order. The shower is amazing with high-volume quad heads in the shower ceiling and optional wall-mounted faucet for those that don't want Noah's flood (lol; I highly recommend, though). Extras were provided - shampoo/conditioner/body wash (his and hers separate), towels/washclothes, even coffee/filters. There is one bed room with queen bed and it was very comfortable. There is also a sleeper sofa in the little family/sitting room and my daughter opted for that (very comfortable). Another notable aspect of the property is how conveniently located it is. It's literally two blocks from the Amtrak station and about a mile to central Campus. There are numerous eateries within half a mile of the house. You just can't beat it! I'd certainly recommend this to anybody visiting the area and we'll look to use it again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and convenient apartment. We appreciated the comfortable furniture, the well-stocked kitchen and the responsive host. There were all sorts of thoughtful touches like a towel-warmer in the bathroom, a fantastic overhead shower, and well-marked light switches. The apartment was an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Parking wasn't right in front of the location but was very close by. Communication from the host was great and the apartment was spotless. We'd be glad to stay again in the future.

Great location close to downtown. Place was very clean and well kept. Parking was a bit confusing since there were no parking signs up and down the entire street and a tow sign in the drive of the house, however, there were plenty of side streets a ways up to park at. Place was a bit small for 4 people but was exactly what we needed for only a single night stay. Hostess communicated well and provided all that we needed. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend.
