The host Christian was helpful, the terrace view is really nice, apartment is quite spacious (except kitchen and bathroom, they are really small), the Coop groceries shop, Lumbi parking are near. Beds were too soft for me, but that's only my preference. Maybe for some other this is a plus.

There was a suspicious smell of mold due to higher level of humidity and no ventilation. Bathroom had mold both visible and smell. The shower hose was leaking badly. Kitchen utilities weren't clean and there were no kitchen sponge to clean it by ourselves. We had to go to shop to buy them first before initially eating lunch. Some cuttlery was missing. One power socket in the kitchen wasn't working. Sink was clogged and there was a trash smell under it. There were trash bins in the balcony, some of them were with trash from previous guest, probably. The walls/ceiling are paper thin, as we could clearly hear neighbours watching TV and motorbikes running to a late night. The street smelled of pee. I really wanted to look on the positive side, but cleanliness is much appreciated for me.
