El dpto es cómodo, limpio y lindo. La vista al Etna de 10.
Nos hubiera gustado que la persona encargada del dpto sea más atenta (problemas con el parking y son los vecinos que vinieron a tasarnos por suerte). La ducha no tiene cierre y se moja todo el baño.

The place is fine, and has amazing views. But we didn't received the instructions on how to reach the place and get the keys until a few hours before our arrival. I tried to message them, both trough Booking.com and WhatsApp, and even calling them several times. That was stressful. The AC worked well, and they let us check out half an hour later, which was nice.
Communication was very difficult, until a couple of hours before our arrival when Giarda answered us and from there on communication was way better. They don't provide shampoo, and there's no trash can in the bathroom.

Castelmola was een heel leuk, echt Italiaans plaatsje. Met de bus ben je binnen 10 minuten in Toarmina. Appartement heeft prachtig uitzicht
Appartement is behoorlijk gedateerd en mag de naam Luxury niet (meer) dragen.

Value for money Garage (if works) for Castelmola where you cannot find parking.
Its not easy to find the apartment. Preparation video and photos could be better explained, some video maybe? The garage was locked and our car stays indoors, so we cannot go outside of the Castelmola. The owner could be more proactive and welcomed, to understand guests.
