The location was an easy cab ride from the train station and an easy walk to anywhere we wanted to go. There is so much good food in the immediate vicinity. The unit is on the third floor with a lift! There are two bedrooms that are at either end of the apartment with the bathroom in between. The kitchen is small but has whatever you need if you should want to cook instead of sampling the amazing local cuisine.
There were only two minor negatives: no working exhaust fan in the bathroom and no mirror in the front bedroom.

Nice spacious apartment close to everything. I am giving lower rating due to the issues. It will definitely deserve better rating.
No hot water after 1 shower. Had to take cold showers. Reached out the rental agency and they were helpful. The rest of the days, water was warm. The water heater had a pot underneath to collect drip, so I am assuming it was not completely functional. There is construction in the building and the apartment was dusty with construction dust. The main door of the building does not lock. You can simply push it open.
