Apartamento Castillo by Clabao

Really lovely apartment with lots of space and comfortable beds. Parking is available but not included. As the apartment was right on the main square, the parking garage was very convenient to the flat. It was really great to be located right in the center and the view over the square was great!

There is definitely some street noise at night while the bars are open and first thing in the morning when the the bars are re-stocked and the streets cleaned. However, the sound insulation on the windows is excellent and it dulled the noise to a reasonable level (for us). I might hesitate to book at a time of year when you have to sleep with the windows open or if I was particularly sensitive to noise. We live in a city center and for us the noise level was manageable.

Great location in the city center and very close to the parking garage (We reserved the "SABA Plaza de Castillo" parking garage with access via "Av San Ignacio" in advance). The apartment is clean, spacious and includes a kitchen and washing machine. From here you can explore the entire old town on foot. Access keys for the front door and the apartment door are provided via a web app with includes also all the information about contacts, WiFi, etc. Therefore it was possible to share the keys with all family members. Once you understand the access system with the 2 "web keys", it's okay.

Each apartment provider has its own check-in system - this is easier in a hotel.
