Majiteľ Mário je veľmi sympatický, doprial nám nerušený pobyt. K dispozícii sme mali kávovar s kapsulami, vodu na prvý deň, základné suroviny a koreniny (soľ, olej, ocot, čaj, cukor...). Hygienických potrieb (toaletný papier, sprchový gél, mydlo) a potrieb na umývanie a pranie bol dostatok na celý pobyt. Z vybavenia nám nechýbalo nič. Všetko súhlasilo s popisom na stránke booking.com. Štvrť bola tichá, susedia príjemní. Autobusová zastávka bola trochu ďalej.
S ubytovaním sme boli spokojní. Jediným nedostatkom bolo vlhké počasie, ktoré spôsobilo, že sme mali do rána vlhké aj oblečenie. Nie sme na to v našich podmienkach zvyknutí, trochu nás to prekvapilo. Prikurovali sme si však klímou, ktorá je v byte na tento účel určená. Odporúčam v chladnejšom počasí teplú pyžamu.
