Perfect for our family Christmas! Everyone had a great time! Game room was amazing!

The views were amazing from this location some surrounding cabins the views were blocked by trees. Place was clean. Hot tub was clean. We had the opportunity for several bear sightings around this property it was very neat!

Took over an hour to get in once we arrived. The key pad code they gave didn’t work. When trying to get ahold of someone it was a 30 min wait on the phone. I selected the option to have a call returned after 30 min. An hour went buy and I never received a call. It took several of us calling and getting transferred to finally get someone on the phone. Initially we were told they were going to put a work order in and we would have to wait for someone to come fix it and they couldn’t give us an eta. It’s after 5pm at this point. After calling the person back they finally agreed to manually unlock it. I wish the check in process went smoother. It definitely needs to be easier to get ahold of someone. We also were not left sheets for the Murphy bed or the pull out couch and would not be able to get them until the next day during the late afternoon. So unfortunately we had guests sleeping on them without sheets for a night. There were also no blankets stored with the Murphy/pullout couch. Luckily We found 2 blankets stored in a random room downstairs and guests did bring their own. Other than those two inconveniences only other suggestion I could give is chairs on the front porch!
