Unit was fantastic. Clean, welcoming, well stocked. Above and beyond graciousness in housekeeping too after we left a few items behind.
Security is very aggressive and inflexible. Our children arrived behind us in a separate car after midnight and were denied access despite calling to security, sharing the reservation details and my husband driving up to the guard house to vouch for them. I understand our role in proactively registering them, but we did find it very frustrating and unsettling.
