Fresh and modern condo unit with all the comforts you expect from your home away from home overlooking the resort pool and literally steps away. The pool and waterslide area are a vacation within the vacation!!
Located within the gated vacation home community of Windsor Hills offering on site resort facilities including resort pool, waterslide, games area, movie theatre, bar and grill and much more. All within 10 minutes of Disney World along with Universal Studios, SeaWorld, GatorLand and more. Orlando Airport 25 miles.
This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor Condo offers over 1440 square feet that features a full kitchen, in-suite laundry, dining area, as well as comfortable living area with cable, wifi, and Xbox.
Windsor Hills Resort amenities include:
- double olympic sized pool
- hot tub
- water park
- in house 40 seat movie theater
- tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball sand court
- putting green
- picnic and BBQ area (charcoal)
- castle themed playground
- fitness center
- 24 hour gated community security

NOTE: The water park portion (slide and splash pad) has pre-planned improvements to be made January 5, 2026 - February 13, 2026 where the water park will be closed during this time. The pool will operate as normal.
You will have full access to all resort amenities as part of your stay. Parking is free for up to two vehicles.
We live in Barrie, Ontario Canada so will not be in person but always available via message, text or phone. Sunset Villas our property manager that will accommodate you during your stay.
All drivers must have a valid drivers license to enter the secure, gates resort. Maximum of 2 vehicles can enter. Parking in public area near the condo unit.

Our stay at Windsor Hills was fantastic. We couldn't have ask for a better location. So convenient to the pool, cafe, theater, and game room. The grounds were very well maintained and very safe. The kids loved the activities and we all loved the entertainment. Close to Disney and great places to eat.
Our condo was very clean, we definitely will go back.

What a wonderful property! We came in expecting just a place to stay while we did Disney and SeaWorld. However, once we arrived we wished we had allotted more time to spend just at the resort!
The condo was wonderfully maintained and well stocked. They paid attention to the little things that are so important, like having toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags and even laundry pods complimentary. Each room was roomy with plenty of storage for our 7 night stay. There was ample space for our family of 5 for relaxing after a busy day.
The location to the pool was the best part of this place! Being on the first floor was a game changer and the pool was just steps away. Be cautioned that the convenient location does come with increased noise at night as the pool does not close until 10pm, but we were not bothered.
The pool and amenities of the resort were amazing. The pool had activities every day that our family enjoyed. Our kids loved the water park and we all loved cooling off every night after walking the parks all day!
The location is great if you are visiting the parks as well. We visited every Disney park and it, many times, took less than 15 minutes to get to any park. We would come back to the condo in the afternoon and cool off by the pool and then return to the park in the cooler evening when we were reenergized.
The owners were very responsive to all of our questions! And a small aside, their check out process was the easiest of all of the VRBO's that we have had before.
It truly was an amazing stay.
