On quiet Andros Lane in Crestwynd Bay, this well-kept 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome gives families a comfortable base minutes from Disney and Universal. The king bedroom has its own attached bath, the queen bedroom has its own attached bath, and the kids' room has two twin beds. Sleeps 6 very comfortably, 8 with the living room sleeper sofa.
The home is pet-friendly, with in-home washer and dryer, a full kitchen (range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender), free high-speed WiFi, and flat-screen cable TVs. The community pool is close by, parking is free, and starter coffee and toiletries are provided — Walmart and Publix are nearby for longer stays.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Our "kids" are all. 25+ and we were all comfortable. There were plenty of places for groceries and coffee nearby.
The owners were very helpful in communication for check-in and house rules. This option exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it for anyone wanting to avoid the higher cost of Disney sponsored accommodations

While we were not there during the day the community appeared to be quiet. Somethings that were disappointing: We requested early access but wasn’t able to access property until almost an hour after checkin because it was still being cleaned. Although we cleaned up after our own pets others in the community did not. The rental had bath and hand towels but no wash clothes, no teaspoons, no broom/dust pan. There was a container of weed killer left out on the patio.
