This cute flat was just perfect for us! Nice balcony for morning coffee, with a nice view. Incredible location, especially if you are a foodie, right between Saint Sauveur and Saint Roch. Rue Saint Vallier with its cute bakeries, restaurants and Saturday market was just steps away. Parking was a great bonus. Dark curtains in the main room as well as the bedroom was a nice bonus, so our child could sleep on the sofa bed.

The view was spectacular. The Penthouse was immaculate. Extremely clean and well organized and well stocked with essentials. Peaceful.

The location was great, such a cute neighborhood in Saint-Sauveur with great restos and cafés only 5 minutes walking away. The view was spectacular. The privacy was great. Very responsive and helpful host. Included parking was the clincher for me, and everything good to visit in Quebec City is only a 10 minute drive. Great amenities including kitchen and lots of coffee making options.

Parking was a bonus and well stocked kitchen, with a comfortable bed
The property is marketed as a penthouse, however clearly that means different things throughout the world. While it's on the top floor and has a view, in reality it's a one bedroom unit on the top floor of the building. Although not related to the unit we could not open the windows on most days with people smoking cigarettes and cannabis.
