The views from the balconies and bedroom were spectacular, with large windows that could be easily opened. The location was convenient to Grande Pevero Beach, which we found to be the best in the area. There are also a few well-stocked supremarkets nearby. The layout was great. The appliances worked well, including the combined washing machine and dryer. The lighting upstairs in the kitchen/dining room was very well done, with lots of options to fit various situations. Decorations throughout were nice. The upstairs bathroom and shower were convenient when coming back from the beach. The furniture on the main balcony was nice and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and dinnerware.
While it was good for us, the road from the unit to the assigned parking spot was steep. The stairs down to the bedrooms could be problem for small children or people with limited mobility. The ventilation hood above the cooktop is installed but not yet actually connected to a vent or power.

Amazing view, great location, beautiful community!
Very peaceful.
2 large balconies!
3 bathrooms with showers.
Only 5min drive to center of Porto Cervo (it’s not really walkable)
It would be great to have such a basic items like a hand soap (not asking for a shampoo)
Also, electric water kettle could be useful.
Garbage disposal requirement are very confusing a specialty when you stay only for few nights.

Eine wahnsinnig schöne Terrasse mit grandiosem Ausblick, den wir jeden Morgen und Abend extrem genossen haben.
Auch der Blick aus dem einen Schlafzimmer war wunderbar.
Wunderbarer Startpunkt, um mit dem Auto Ausflüge in die Umgebung und Traumstrände zu starten.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet für jemanden, der wegen des grandiosen Ausblicks auf der Terrasse sehr gern daheim kocht.
Die nicht funktionierende Geschirrspülmaschine konnte leider während unsere Aufenthaltes nicht repariert werden, was prinzipiell ja passieren kann. Etwas mehr Kommunikation darüber wäre schön gewesen.
