The apartment is very nicely situated with a beautiful view of the harbour of Porto Cervo. The area outside ist calm and serene and the garden of the complex is well maintained by professional gardeners. The host was very friendly and helpful and suggested several restaurants which were all very good. The internet worked well in most of the rooms. The apartment has 2 bathrooms.

The apartment is below standard. The furniture is very basic (e.g. only 3 folding chairs as dining chairs for a family of 4, no hooks on the wall where to hang the jackets, no carpets). The kitchen is small and there are practically no cooking utensils (no scissors, no peeler, no spatula,...) Also there were only two not-matching whine glasses, just as an example. The mattresses (1,80-1,90 long) were okay but rather old and not comfortable. It just didn't feel like a place where somebody had put in a lot of love (or money) to create a cozy atmosphere. The apartment is on the ground floor facing north which can be advantage in the summer but a disadvantage in the off-season.
