We had a great stay at this apartment. The location is perfect for the Las Américas area—right in the heart of everything, with easy access to the bars, restaurants, and nightlife, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed, along with great-quality appliances. The pool area was lovely and provided a relaxing change from spending time at the sea and beach. It was a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
There wasn’t anything we disliked about the property itself. The only downside was that some parts of the surrounding Las Américas area could feel a little untidy. However, this was completely outside the property’s control, and the apartment grounds and surrounding walkways were kept spotless by the groundskeeper, which we really appreciated.

It was self catering so we ate out.
The apartment needs doing up ,it had stained mattresses, broken showers and fridge door and many more upgrades that needs doing.
