Τα ακόλουθα: 1) Η ΜΗ σχηματοποιημένη, και μαζί με ΠΟΛΛΕΣ διαφημίσεις που κάνουν κουραστική την "μελέτη" τους. Είναι πλήρης αλλά όχι τόσο φιλική γιατί θέλει αρκετό χρόνο η μελέτη της. ΟΙ υπερβολικές διαφημίσεις την κάνουν να χάνεται 2) Το ριχτάρι θα μπορούσε να ήταν λίγο πιο καλό 3) Το μπάνιο !! Ένα προστατευτικό τουλάχιστο. Χρειάζεται 5- 10 λεπτά σφουγγάρισμα να μαζέψει κάποιος τα νερά που αναπόφευκτα βγαίνουν έξω στο πάτωμα ( Δεν είναι δύσκολο ούτε έχει κάποιο σημαντικό κόστος) 4) Η κουρτουβέλλα που στηρίζει τη πόρτα του μπάνιου χρειάζεται επιδιόρθωση. 5) Η Αντιηλιακή Τέντα θα μπορούσε να μην είναι "κουρελιασμένη" καθότι το διαμέρισμα είναι τόσο όμορφο και του αποδυναμώνει την πανέμορφη εικόνα. Μικρές βελτιώσει είναι.

Spacious, airy, bright apartment. Clean and well equipped for short or longer stays. I stayed there for five days. Enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony. The location was very convenient balancing commutes between the city centre and the University campus. Check-in was really easy (indications provided by the host were cool and the parking lot an additional benefit as I used a car. Recommended. A hint for future guests: when searching an address in Nicosia always check the area as sometimes the same street name is located in different neighborhoods.

Can do with additional accessories like scissors, more cutlery & cups, tea towels. Bathroom in need of some upgrading
