Very nice apartment in a good location.

The apartment was well appointed with everything we needed, and a spacious balcony. Nelly was very helpful and friendly to deal with. It was very clean.

Great location in a quiet street, secure parking underground with lift to the apartment. 25 min walk into st Malo was easy taking the scenic beach route. Supermarkets nearby and a wonderful partisan bakery on the corner! Host was very friendly and although little English we got all the information we needed!! Perfect and highly recommend!

Excellent hair dryer

This is perfect! Location, kitchen, room, tv, shower, particularly, we love the hair dryer very much. The kichen is very well- equipped with very sharp nighves. This is in the very quiet area, so we had a very good sleep in a confortable bed.

This hotel has become our standard and now we have difficulty in finding hotels in other places.

It is important to feel like you are at home when away. This place made me feel home and more.

I liked everything about the flat. It has everything one needs. Very new. The proprietor was great, friendly, interested in her guests, extremely helpful and more. The flat is about 15 to 20 minutes walk from the ferry port. It was unbelievably quiet which I loved. It has a lovely balcony. I felt very safe. There is a lift that takes you quickly to the right floor. It has got Netflix for the film lovers. I came into a very clean flat, it smelled fresh. I left it the same way as I found it , out of respect. I can’t say enough about this place. It is just perfect for either a single person or a couple. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wish to spend a lovely time in Saint Malo. Love it! Will return. Will highly recommend to my colleagues and friends. Brigitte

L'appartement est bien agencé et également bien situé , parking sous terrain sécurisé et facile d'accès il faut compter environ 20 mn de marche pour aller dans la vieille ville ,et merci a Nelly pour sa réactivité

Conforme à nos attentes, adresse à retenir.

L'appartement est conforme à la description. Comme précisé dans l'annonce, Il n'est pas dans saint Malo intra muros mais seulement à 20 minutes à pied, ce qui est très facile. Mais en contre partie, le prix est plus abordable, il y a une place de parking au sous sol du bâtiment, le tout est sécurisé, et l'endroit est très très calme, nous avons pu dormir fenêtre ouverte sans aucune gêne (réveillés par les mouettes le matin...). Il est très bien équipé, lave linge, lave vaisselle, sèche linge, , appareils pour le petit déjeuner, vaisselle, il y a même le wifi, de qualité (et mon mari a testé : plus de 300 mégabits/ seconde...). Attention, le réfrigérateur, avec compartiment à glace fait 80 litres, dont 12 pour le compartiment à glace, il est correct pour deux personnes sauf si vous envisagez de faire de la cuisine complexe. Je ne le mets pas dans les points négatifs, ça ne nous a pas gênés, mais il est préférable de le savoir. Tout est très propre, fonctionnel, accessible même aux PMR (rampe d'accès, ascenceur), mais juste, on ne peut pas mettre un fauteuil à côté des toilettes. Et Nelly est une hôtesse parfaite.

Schöner Aufentin Saint Malo

Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was einen Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Auch die Lage war sehr gut, da man in ca. 10 Minuten in der Altstadt war. Auch war der Kontakt mit Nelly, trotz unserer fehlenden Französischkenntnisse ( dafür gibt es heute Übersetzungs-Apps) gut.
