Fair price for the accomodation standard offered. Enough room for our large family. Enjoyable!

Shopping centres were a two-minute walk from the apartment. A large parking area. Peace and quiet.

Very good

Apartment is in line with the photos. The Owner was very helpful suggesting good place to eat - we really enjoyed!! The car can be parked in front of the building. There is no shade, but for the rest it is ok. Balcony is connected with the neighbors and we had a heavy smoking neighbor - so couldn’t open the balcony at all. But this should be a permanent issue.

Only 1 roll of toilet paper is not enough for 2 days family stay. Keys are linked with the power card. To open the door, you have to disconnect it. And if you cook, start cooking again.

Nice, but a bit far from the beach

I really liked the apartment itself - it was clean and bright. The shower was very big and the water pressure was great (which can be rare). The host is great - responsive and friendly. The apartment is also great for pet owners - our dog is sensitive to sounds when in new places at first, but here it was really quiet, so he was very relaxed.

The location is not the worst and not the best - in the summer heat the walk can be quite long, especially since there is no shade on the way to the beach. I didn't like the fact that the electricity only runs while you are inside - there is a card attached to a key (like in hotels). I understand it is probably because of the AC, but it can be inconvinient if you want to charge the phone while outside or if you use a nanny cam that needs to be plugged in (we tried to use it for our dog to check on him if we were out).

Urlaub in Novigrad

Gefallen hat uns, dass es eine gute Lage hatte. man konnte zu Fuß die Altstadt in 22 Minuten erreichen. mit dem auto konnte man gut die nahe gelegenden Strände abfahren. die Besitzerin hat sich sehr rasch bei Fragen gemeldet.

Das Appartment, war für mehrere Personen zu klein, vorallem mit einem Kleinkind. Die Küche war etwas spärlich ausgestattet und es war etwas eng im Appartement. Einmal kam vom EG eine Beschwerde um 9 Uhr morgens dass wir zu laut sehen. aber ich kann doch meinem Kleinkind nicht ständig im Urlaub sagen dass es leiser sein muss. wir haben unser bestes gegeben.

Lage in einem Wohngebiet in fußläufiger Nähe zum öffentlichen Strand. Kleiner Supermarkt im Viertel vorhanden. Gesamte Stadt sehr sauber. Insgesamt kurze Wege. Wirklich hübsches Stadtzentrum.

Kroatien ist mittlerweile Euroland. Dadurch Preise gut vergleichbar. Schokolade kostet Unsummen. Essengehen, sonstige Einkäufe Preise auf deutschem Niveau.

Мы были в восторге от владельцев аппартаментов,такие сердечные,такие добродушные!Подарили нам настойку ,в очень красивой бутылочке с названием аппартаментов 😚Очень понравилось местоположение,нет сумашедших подъёмов и спусков,пляж в 10 минутах неспешащей ходьбы...центр....рядом..рестораны...супер. Аппартаменты...чистые,нет постороннего запаха,чистая постель,полотенца!На кухне есть сковородки,кастрюли,вилки ,ножи,бокалы,фужеры,кружки,тарелки,холодильник,микроволновка,чайник,кофеварка,плита.В спальне болшие шкафы и очень удобная кровать(подушки и одеяла новенькие).Душ и туалет в хорошем состоянии.Кондиционер так же присутствует.Гостинная-удобные диванчики,есть телевизор,но мы его практически не смотрели,так как были ,то на море,то в центре...и наше любимое место терраса(огромная,свободная,хорошая мебель(удобная).Рекомендую...

angenehmer Aufenthalt

Bei Ankunft defekte Klimaanlage ( Eigentlich nicht schön). Der Vermieter hat das Problem noch am Tag der Ankunft durch einen hinzugezogenen Handwerker am Sonntag beheben können. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe zahlreich vorhanden. Auch eine etwas frühere Anreise wurde ermöglicht. Die W-Lan Nutzung war teilweise nicht möglich. Der Vermieter hatte hier unaufgefordert zwei Guthabenkarten zur mobilen Internetnutzung von je 50 GB bereitgestellt. "Sehr aufmerksam " Bei einem Problem wurde geholfen.

Im Bad riecht es zum Teil, vermutlich vom Abfluss. Wenig Haken im Bad und den Zimmern für Kleidung etc. Der Balkon ist zu klein zum Sitzen, entsprach aber der Beschreibung. Die Klimaanlage befindet sich nur im Aufenthaltsraum (Küche, Esstisch, Sofa)
