Die Lage und dwr Außenbereich waren super. Die Gastgeber waren ok.

Es war nicht sauber, das Bett ist eine Katastrophe. Ist zusammengebastelt aus irgend welchen Teilen, die Matratze sieht aus als wäre sie schon 50 Jahre alt. Das Warmwasser reicht nicht für zwei Personen zum duschen.

Super nette Gastgeber. Ein wunderschöner Außenbereich. Das Studio war sehr schön eingerichtet. Man kommt von dort aus fußläufig gut zum Strand und in die Altstadt von Novigrad. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Absolute Empfehlung – Luxus, Sauberkeit und Herzlichkeit auf höchstem Niveau! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Apartmenthaus Roberta in Novigrad rundum genossen! Alles ist bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht und extrem sauber – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Die Ausstattung ist sehr luxuriös, modern und hochwertig. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die zuvorkommende Art der Gastgeber: immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Lep apartma v Novigradu

Lokacija je bila super, do mesta in do plaže ni bilo daleč, tako da je bilo top. Apartma je bil zelo čist in lepo urejen.

Čeprav je kuhinja dobro opremljena, so manjkala osnovna živila (sol, olje,...) kar mogoče ne bi bilo slabo, da je na voljo, sploh če prideš na kratek oddih, da ne nosiš vsega s seboj.

Soggiorno comodo e rilassante

Appartamento moderno e pulito, dotato di tutto l’occorrente. Posizione vicino al mare e con una passeggiata di circa 15 minuti si può arrivare in centro a Cittanova. Roberta è stata gentilissima!

Tutto perfetto, l’unica cosa che migliorerei è una tenda un po’ più oscurante in camera.

Stadt sehr schön, nächstes mal wo anderst:)

Die Unterkunft war gut gelegen und hatte einen Parkplatz mit Dach, was praktisch war.

Wir hatten leider kein warmes Wasser, da der Boiler nicht funktionierte. Meiner Partnerin gegenüber wurde der Vermieter schnell unhöflich. Auch dass das Apartment im Keller war, war für uns nicht vom Vorteil da alles sehr kalt war.

Tolle Lage, aber einfach nicht unser Stil.

Super Lage, wir konnten schnell ins Zentrum laufen. Das Apartment war sauber und die Schlüsselübergabe einfach Ebenerdiger Eingang, aber eine Stufe. Gute Ausstattung!

Bei unserer Ankunft war der TV kaputt, trotzdem wurde uns preislich nicht entgegengekommen (an sich kein Problem aber an diesem Tag war absolutes schlechtes Wetter, das Internet ist ausgefallen und dann ist es ohne Fernseher schon doof) Pro Nacht 10 Euro/Hund fand ich schon viel. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, es war auch gegen 23:00 Uhr noch recht laut. Leider haben die Bilder nichts mit dem Apartment zu tun, welches wir bekommen haben. Das sollte geändert werden, sonst führt es zu Missverständnissen. Wir hatten uns auf ein Apartment mit Terrasse gefreut, aber hatten nur zwei Stühle mit einem Mini Tisch genau vor der Haustüre. Es ist sehr sauber gewesen, aber einfach nicht unser Stil, man fühlt sich etwas steril.

Nettes Appartement in ruhiger Lage

Wir sind sehr spät angekommen was aber kein Problem war. Alles war vorbereitet und hat gut gepasst. Für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung! Nettes Appartement und freundliche Gastgeberin.

The stay in the apartmants Roberta was wonderful, the studio is very clean, spacoious and there is a parking place right in front of the house. The beach is nearby and walk to the center of Novigrad is worthwhile and closeby. Robert was a wonderful host and put herself at our disposal throught our stay. Definitely worth and good quality for money.

The apartment was very nicely designed and clean. The owner was super nice and helpful. The distances are exactly as stated here. Nothing is far away, we walked to town every evening and went to the beach during the day. We reccomend it!

Nice furnished holiday apartment. Comfortable bed, I had a very well sleep.

Beautiful accommodation, kind lady (Roberta)

It is very modern and stylish decorated accommodation. Equipped kitchen with big living room and bathroom. The beach Karpinjan is in a walking distance. (8 minute)

Place for sleepover

If you need a place for a simple sleepover with parking, it is a go to place. We paid 35€ for a night and that’s exactly what is worth. If it is anything more than that don’t go there.

A bit claustrophobic and not that well cleaned. Bed was ‘extra springy’ and if there is two of you, you will feel every movement. Also, there is no hairdryer and iron.

Perfect for a one night stay.

The host was really kind and let us stay an hour and a half longer after the checkout. The apartment was spacious, had all the facilities we needed.

The location is a little bit far away from the center, everywhere you go you need to use a car.

Superb

The owner was really nice, she let us parkat her property a bit sooner and check in after 15 even, room was comfy, not too big and not too far from the beach, good walking distance to best beach in town, we only stayed for one night so it was really good.
