Neat clean park model with everything included that you would need for your stay. Walled and gated lot. Very walkable neighborhood! Convenient jump off points for all things Yuma. We will definitely stay here next year.

Nice parking area, very comfortable covered patio with plenty of glider chairs & table with 4 chairs to eat outside. Plenty of indoor space for 2, kitchen had everything we needed. Bed comfy. Everything was clean. Nice to have washer & dryer. Good location for shopping. We would stay again.

It is a very nice, clean and very well upkept place to stay in Yuma. For a first timer in Yuma, I enjoyed that the area was quiet, clean and easy to find.

Bed was great.
Floors could have been cleaner, dog hair in corner by patio door. Also patio door had dog prints all over it.
Need to have some kind of soap in the bathroom.
It basically needs a little sprucing up and some TLC.
