The Yuma Vacation House is a 55+ community located in the breathtaking Yuma Foothills. This spacious 3 bedroom home sleeps 5, has two full bathrooms, an office space, wireless internet, a well appointed kitchen and a beautiful sheltered outdoor dining and recreation space and is within walking distance to the grocery store and local restaurants. The air conditioning is excellent. We just remodeled the place and look forward to hosting you and your friends for a warm get-a-way. This beautiful Foothills home has special accommodations for those that are mobility challenged; including and entry ramp, wheelchair and hospital bed.

The photos completely represent the home exterior & interior. Furnishings are comfortable & welcoming. Liked the gated yard in this quiet neighborhood. Located close to grocery & other retail. Host readily available for answering questions.
