The beach resort Fontane Bianche is located approximately 15 km south of Syracuse, an area characterized by sandy beaches and a picturesque rocky coastline. Almost all houses located here are occupied by locals only during the summer season. Fontane Bianche can be rightly referred to as one of the best known and most popular seaside resorts in the province of Syracuse. The rocky coasts are flat and walkable. The resort offers a bus service every 90 minutes to Syracuse.

This detached house for four people is located less than 30 m from the sea of Fontane Bianche, that is directly at the sea. The rocky coast is easily reachable and the sea behind the garden gate is immediately accessible.

The spacious and comfortable outside area of the property is particularly suitable for outdoor living and for fully enjoying the sea in front of the house. Here you will find an outdoor kitchen of 12 sqm with large windows completely overlooking the sea to make the preparation of Mediterranean dishes a unique experience. In front of the outside kitchen is a small garden area with seating facilities - here you can read, play cards, enjoy a coffee or aperitif. The real jewel of the house however is the beautiful and spacious veranda with comfortable garden furniture. On one side of the veranda is the relax area with comfortable seating facilities, on the other side a large table made of okite, which makes every meal an unforgettable experience. Barbecue available.

A small Mediterranean garden surrounds the house. Laundry room with washing machine. Outside shower available.

Public parking right in front of the house.

For the duration of the stay, a rental car is recommended.

The detached house offers a functional living area of 60 square meters which extends over different floors. The living room on the ground floor overlooks the sea and offers in a single ambience a small dining area, kitchenette, sofa and TV. Adjacent to the living room is the first of the two bedrooms with double bed. A few steps lead to the bathroom with shower / WC. Between the bedroom and the bathroom is the air conditioning system for hot and cold air. Further three steps lead to the second bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and a small window with sea view. Extra bed available on request for a surcharge.

If you leave the kitchen not cleaned (dishes washed and tided up, garbage thrown away, sink and kitchen furniture cleaned up), 50 € are required for this extra cleaning.
