Comprising of a full sized kitchen, a comfy lounge, bedroom with a Koala queen size bed and modern bathroom. The rather spacious patio with a private BBQ, makes for a second living area, where you can enjoy the outdoor aroma of the fresh Mornington Peninsula air.
Equipped with an additional foldable Koala queen sized bed in the living room, split system conditioning, as well as, all appliances.

BATHROOMS: 1 with bath, shower & vanity and toilet.

Close to town and well fitted out with a small outdoor area at back. Nice decor, good cooking facilities, linen included, good wifi. Could use a better TV - with antenna, and a bathroom exhaust fan. Otherwise everything good.

A very nice single bedroom unit (in block of 4) with nice furnishings and small outdoor area out the back. Looks recently renovated. All facilities are modern and worked ok including aircon, cooking and washing machine. Convenient location. There was a small amount of booking problem the security deposit which also wasn't refunded for 16 days. Hopefully the owner has sorted these issues out.
