Light filled and very spacious, elegant, one bedroom apartment with a pull out QS sofa bed also available in the separate lounge room. We offer approximately 120 square metres of fully self contained living attached to our residence. Relax in comfy recliner armchairs and enjoy the beautiful sunset views from the delightful lounge room or enjoy them from the large private deck area together with a complimentary wine and food platter. Sleep soundly in the comfortable KS bed

A one hour drive north to Melbourne CBD and a 50 minute drive south to Portsea (end of the Mornington Peninsula). The region is highly regarded for its wineries and golf courses, and of course, it beautiful beaches. Many are located within an easy 20 minute drive.

The apartment was very light and spacious and furnished to a high standard includes everything you need. It exceeded our expectation of an apartment it's more like a private annexe to the main property. It stands in a quiet cul de sac overlooking a beautiful garden giving a very relaxed vibe.The welcome pack of breakfast items wine was much appreciated
